For almost everything we make, you won’t need a carpenter — and the heavy pieces are on us.
Here’s something we hear a lot: “Do I need to call a carpenter?” For almost everything
we make, the answer is no.
Most of our pieces arrive ready. A table comes whole — you just turn out the legs and
lock them, four bolts at most, done in a few minutes. No carpenter, no trip to the
hardware shop, no special skill. If you can turn a screwdriver, you’re more than
equipped.
And you won’t be hunting for parts. Every piece that needs a bolt or two comes with its
own little hardware kit — the bolts, plus any tool you’ll need, like an Allen key or a
wrench. We tuck it where you’ll spot it right away: inside a drawer, or tied on with a
ribbon so it’s the first thing you see. Open the box, find the kit, follow a simple step or
two, and your furniture is standing.
That’s how the large majority of our range works. Minutes, not afternoons.
All-inclusive price. No surprises.
The number you agreed to is the number you pay. No transport fee at checkout. No "carrying charge" sprung on you at the door. Delivery to your floor is already in the price.
Delivered to your floor — not just your building.
Here's how it actually goes. If you're on the ground floor, easy — we carry your piece straight in. If you're higher up, we bring it up by lift. All the way to your door.
Any lift works — even your building's regular one.
It doesn't have to be a fancy service lift. Your building's regular passenger lift is perfectly fine, as long as the piece fits inside safely. That's all we're really checking for — can we get it up there without a scratch.
One small favour before delivery day.
If it's a shared building lift, have a quick word with your society or guard before delivery day. Our team has more than once reached a building and was stopped at the gate over lift permission. Sort that out in advance, and your delivery just glides through.
The honest part — we don't carry up stairs.
Solid wood is heavy, and a staircase is unforgiving. Tight landings, sharp turns, a railing in the way — that's exactly where a joint cracks or an edge gets gouged. In a second, for good. We'd rather tell you plainly than risk arriving with a piece we're not proud of.
If there's genuinely no lift that fits and you still want it carried up, you can arrange that — we'll even help you find hands. You pay those labourers directly for their work, and since we can't promise a flawless carry up the stairs, that part happens under your eye. We'll always tell you the safest way to do it.
That's the whole deal.
Wherever there's a lift, your furniture reaches your floor at the price you agreed — nothing more, nothing hidden. We'd rather earn the next generations order than win a fee on this one.
