Shipping Policy
All our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it moves into our production process where each piece is handcrafted by our artisans. Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within the overall production timeline.
Delivery Timeline
Our standard shipping timeline is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. This includes: material selection, crafting and finishing, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch. Customized products take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. As each piece is handmade, timelines may vary slightly depending on the design and customization.
Shipping Coverage
Domestic (India)
We offer free shipping across India, subject to lift access for floor delivery, and excluding remote or out-of-delivery-area pincodes where the shipping partner may charge an additional fee that will be borne by the customer.
International
International shipping is available for orders with a minimum value of USD 10,000 (or equivalent), billed in the customer's local currency. Due to the size and weight of solid-wood furniture, international shipments are handled as freight exports.
• Standard delivery (default): Free On Board (FOB) — the shipping cost from our workshop to the nearest Indian port is included in your order. From the port onward, sea or air freight charges, destination port handling, customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Doorstep delivery (on request): Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — we can arrange delivery all the way to your address, with all freight, duties, and destination charges added to your invoice.
• Timeline: Standard shipping timelines (2–3 weeks production, 4–8 weeks for customization) apply to preparation and dispatch. International transit time is confirmed once the shipment is handed to the freight partner and will be shared with you both in writing and verbally.
• Documentation: Export documents will be handed over to the customer at the point of freight handover for FOB shipments. For DDP shipments, we handle documentation end-to-end.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive: tracking ID, courier partner details, and tracking link. All tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and email. Standard transit is 3–7 working days depending on location.
Delivery Scheduling
You may inform us in advance if you have a preferred delivery date or time, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Our delivery partner will also coordinate with you before final delivery.
Installation
Installation services are provided for beds and other large or heavy products. Smaller items are delivered ready to use or require minimal assembly with no special tools needed.
Packaging & Handling
Each product is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. We use protective materials suitable for furniture shipping to minimise the risk of damage.
Delays
While we aim to adhere to our timelines, delays may occur due to: customization requirements; production complexities inherent to handcrafted work; monsoon-season restrictions on woodwork and finishing; illness or unavailability of individual artisans; raw material seasonality; logistics or courier delays; or other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, our team will notify you promptly and share an updated timeline.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Ensure access points (doors, staircases, lifts) are suitable for the product size. If there are access restrictions, please inform us in advance.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect: notify us within 24 hours of delivery, share clear photos and a video of the product and packaging. Our team will arrange a repair, part replacement, or full replacement — whichever fits the damage. Customized products are not eligible for return.
