This website is owned and operated by Ramgarh Crafts, with its operations based in Ramgarh, Shekhawati, Rajasthan, India.

  • Product Representation - We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and device displays, variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur.
    As our furniture is handcrafted using natural materials, variations in wood grain, finish, and texture are expected. These are not defects but part of the inherent character of solid wood furniture.
  • Handcrafted Nature - All products are made by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Minor variations and subtle imperfections are a natural outcome of this process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
  • Orders & Production - Most of our products are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, it enters a production process tailored specifically for you.
    Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered manufacturing. Customers are advised to review all product details, dimensions, and specifications before placing an order.
  • Customization - Customization is available on select products and may involve additional charges. Customers can choose customization options while placing an order or connect with our team for assistance.
    Customized products are made specifically for individual orders and are not eligible for return or exchange. A preview may be shared before production for confirmation.
  • Pricing & Payments - All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments through secure online payment methods including cards, UPI, and other supported options.
    Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Shipping & Delivery - We offer free shipping across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
    As most products are made to order, delivery timelines typically range between 4–8 weeks depending on the product and customization.
    Customers may request a preferred delivery date or time, and we will try our best to accommodate it. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or logistics factors.
    Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
  • Installation - Installation services are provided for beds. Most other products are delivered ready to use or require minimal assembly.
  • Cancellations - Orders may be cancelled only before they enter production. If a cancellation request is made within 8–10 days of placing the order, a 30% cancellation charge will apply.
    Once the order is under manufacturing, cancellations are not possible.
  • Returns & Replacements - We accept returns or replacements only in the case of:
    > Wrong product delivered
    > Product received in damaged condition
    Customers must provide clear photos and videos as proof when raising a claim. Customized products are not eligible for return.
  • Warranty - We provide a 1-year warranty on wood and a 5-year warranty against termite issues.
    The warranty covers manufacturing-related concerns within the specified period. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or environmental factors.
  • Product Care - Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of the product. Exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or improper usage may affect the product and void warranty claims.
  • Intellectual Property - All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Ramgarh Crafts and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
    Any reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Third-Party Links - This website may contain links to third-party websites. Ramgarh Crafts is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such external sites.
  • User Conduct - Users agree not to use this website for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
