WhatsApp and email.
Q. Do you offer installation services?
A. Yes, we provide installation for beds and other large or heavy products. Smaller items are
knock-down panels or ready to use — they need only minimal setup, with no special tools or
carpenter required. Everything you need comes in the box.
Q. What happens if my delivery location is hard to access?
A. Our shipping partners cover over 10,000 pincodes across India. For remote or
out-of-delivery-area locations, the shipping partner may charge an additional fee, which thecustomer will need to pay. Our team will coordinate with you in advance to ensure smooth
delivery.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes, once your order is shipped, we share the tracking ID with you via WhatsApp and email.

Q. What materials do you use?
A. We work in six solid hardwoods — Sheesham, Mango, Acacia, Oak, Teak, and Ash —
alongside carefully selected fabrics and finishes. In a few structural spots such as drawer
bottoms and back panels, we use premium engineered board (MDF) where it makes the piece
lighter and more stable. The exact material for each piece is listed on its product page.

A. Yes, each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans.
Q. Will the product look exactly like the images?
A. Very close, but not identical. Every piece is handmade from natural wood, so grain, tone,
and small details vary from one piece to the next. Screen and lighting differences also affect
how colours appear. Rest assured you will receive the product you ordered — with the natural
character solid wood always carries.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & WARRANTY
Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A. Free cancellation within 24 hours of order. After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation charge
applies. Once the product is finished, cancellation is not possible.
Q. What is your return policy?A. Returns are accepted only for wrong or damaged products, with clear photos and videos as
proof. In such cases, we replace the product with the correct or undamaged version of the
same SKU, finish, and fabric. Exchanges for a different product are not offered.
Q. Do you accept returns on custom products?
A. Customized products are not eligible for return.
Q. What if I receive a damaged product?
A. Please check your product at the time of delivery. If you spot any damage, share clear
photos and a video within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a repair, part
replacement, or full replacement — whichever fits the damage.

A. We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and a 5-year warranty against
termite issues.
