Made to Order

We don’t pull your furniture off a shelf — we build it, fresh, once you order. Yours ships in 2–3 weeks.

Here’s something most furniture brands won’t tell you: much of what you buy elsewhere has been sitting in a warehouse for months, waiting for any buyer. Ours hasn’t. Every piece we make is made to order — built for you, from the moment you place it.

What “made to order” really means

What “made to order” really means

When your order comes in, that’s when the work begins. We select the wood, cut and joint it, shape it, and bring it through finishing — a fresh piece, made from the start for your order alone. It isn’t taken from a stack of identical units. It’s built once, for you, and then it’s sent.

This is why nothing on our site is “clearance” or “old stock.” There is no old stock. There’s just the next piece we’re about to make — and it’s yours.

Because your piece is genuinely built after you order, it takes a little time — around 2 to 3 weeks before it leaves our workshop, and a few working days more to reach your door. That’s not a delay; it’s the piece being made properly. Wood is selected, worked, finished, and given the care a solid-wood piece deserves, rather than rushed off a shelf.

We’d rather you wait a couple of weeks for something built right than receive something built fast.

Why we choose to work this way

Why we choose to work this way

Making to order keeps our standards where we want them. Every piece gets the same fresh attention, the same careful hands, with nothing sitting around gathering dust or quietly warping in a warehouse. It also means less waste and a workshop that builds what people actually want — not shelves of guesses.

For you, it means the piece that arrives is truly yours: made new, made carefully, and made to last for years in your home.
